One of the many talented mid-century furniture designers who designed for Brown & Saltman, Keal was known for his love of tricky (if not outright gimmicky) details in his pieces. Anything from a secret compartment in a side table to a built in coffee warmer in an, um, coffee table. Aside from the sneaky bits, Keal’s furniture just happens to be sleek, well made and gorgeous.
