There is a wood top and painted base with one drawer. The drawer has newer hardware that is slightly uneven. The drawer does not lock. This could also be called a writing table but we feel the knee space is cramped. The table may appear crooked but sadly the photographer appears to have had a crooked day not the table. There is some worn spots on the table which have been notated in above photo. This is a great table if you are looking for a piece with patina and character. The condition is consistent with the age of the piece. See less
