The … Read more Rare Swedish brass and beech table lamp mad by Böhlmarks Lampfabrik in the late 1930´s, designed by Harald Notini. The measurements are 37 cm in heigjht and the shade has a diameter of 30 cm. The base is 14.5 cm across. Arvid Böhlmarks Lampfabrik AB as the written full name, was founded in 1872 in Stockholm, Sweden. The production was in the beginning Kerosene lamps as the first producer in Sweden, they then started making kerosene stoves, and also in the early 1900´s became famous as the high end producer of electrical lamps of all sorts. In 1920- late 1940´s they also produced Chrome steel furniture in the present Funcionalistic / Bauhaus style. Bo Notini, Harald Notini, Gunnar Asplund, Alice Nordin, Alf Wallander and Jerk Werkmäster was the top designers working for Böhlmarks at that period of time. EU standard.
