When set up as a ladder, this piece will take a footprint of roughly 19" wide at the base and tapers to 14" wide at the top ... 44" deep X 60.5" tall ... When closed up compact for storage this piece measures 69.5" tall.
As you can see in the photos, there is aged patina to the wood throughout.
There is also an old fix where previous owners, long back in the past, used some black tape to hold the wood together on the backside.
Other than that, this piece opens out and folds closed for storage very smoothly, just as it should!!
Please note ~ I did not stand on this and try this ladder out because it is older and I don't want to chance damaging it. I look at this antique ladder more as a piece of primitive art or decor, so however you decide to use this ladder is up to you the buyer. There are no refunds, thanks for understanding.

The Chairish Buyer Guarantee ensures that you have complete peace of mind when

- Does not arrive

- Prior to shipping or local pickup, buyers may cancel an order for any reason, with the exception of some Made-to-Order items, where supplies have been purchased or work begun on the item.

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.

- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
