I cannot get enough of this ceramic Galliano decanter! Of all the special edition and novelty packaging that liquor companies have come up with over the years, nothing can quite beat this classic, iconic Galliano Italian Solider decanter bottle! These were produced by Italian ceramics company Coronetti Cunardo for Liquore Galliano in the 1960s, this bottle specifically was made in 1969. And, as much as i wish i could offer you the Galliano that was originally inside the bottle, alas, this bottle is empty :-). There is some slight wear to the paint on the bottle, but the overall ceramic structure is in great condition- no cracks or chips that i can see! Areas of wear are specifically on his hat topper, on his back shoulder and some small spots of missing paint on the coat. I have done my best to take pictures of these areas so you can accurately see what he looks like. Also, a portion of the cork on the stopper broke off in the bottle at an earlier time. The stopper sits securely in the bottle by the cork that is remaining, however i have not opened it again to avoid any further loss of cork. On the back side down at the bottom you will see the original sticker label stating the contents, distributer and manufacturer. See dimension details below and please reach out if you would like any additional information!

Some paint is chipping or wearing off of the hat, the hat topper (red, white, green portion), his back shoulder and areas of black around his suit. There are no actual chips or cracks to the porcelain that i can see. The bottle stopper is missing part of the cork on the inside as it broke off into the bottle when the stopper was removed at some point. I have not removed the stopper again to avoid any further damage to the cork. All items are pre-owned unless otherwise stated in the item description. I do my best to provide an assessment of the condition of each item, but in addition to reviewing the description, please use the photos to view the item in detail.
