Decorative leather magazine holder Kangaroo designed by Dimitri Omersa, England 1960.
The Kangaroo is one of the rarer and nicest animals produced by Dimitri Omersa for Liberty’s. This kangaroo was made of top quality full grain cowhide leather, leather from the UK that is tanned especially for the use of these animals. The kangaroo has a metal construction inside and is filled with hay.
The kangaroo has had a really hard life and is looking for its forever home to rest, it is in vintage condition with repair to arms and legs but also has very cool patined leather.
Dimensions: 86cm h, 56cm w, 72cm d.
This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
