The portrait of Madame Elvire Bec painted in 1845 by French painter Louis Guerard in oil on canvas on an elliptical format shows exceptional refinement in defining the character of the person portrayed. The painting with the frame were completely restored in the year 2000 by Brancaleoni restorations of Bozano. Documentation regarding this intervention is available.
