Cast bronze statue depicting an eagle with outstretched wings in a position that is symbolic of freedom.
The sculpture consists of two pieces; The eagle fits into the base thanks to an interlock.
In general it is very well preserved. It has no signs of wear or dents or missing parts.
There is a hole with a cover on the top of the eagle. I am not aware of why it is there.
