It is painted on canvas … Read more This amazing Mid Century Modern abstract cityscape has great lines and soft almost hazy colors. It is painted on canvas and mounted on a wood frame. Even though I have not seen a date on this beautiful pieces it gives me the impression that it was painted in the 40's or early 50's.

It was signed by its author Lillian Mashall (I can only assume this is the last name since it is a little blurry at the end and I can not see it clearly. But it is in good vintage condition. It has a small chip on the bottom (see pics) but other than that I do not see any problems. I personally don't mind it with the raw edges but if your home is a little bit more polished you can certainly add a frame. This beautiful piece of wall art measures 20" tall x 24" long.
