Chaise is in new flawless condition. Found this chaise at an estate sale and couldn’t believe the condition and upon picking it up a family member advised me that it had just been bought and delivered a few weeks prior and doesn’t think it had even been used. Even found the box and packing materials it had been delivered in in the garage. I believe the soft black felt like material on the one side looks nice but it may also serve a purpose. If you were to pair it with another leather chaise or sofa so they can fit together snugly and the leathers do not rub together and cause damage to one another (I’m not sure).
