Fashioned from an exquisite young woman’s vintage silk furisode (colorful kimono with long, flowing sleeves), this elegant pillow cover features a floral bouquet with pink and magenta colored peonies, set inside a fan motif, embroidered on a printed ombre shibori background. The bouquet is further embellished with gold embroidery and pastel metallic stenciling. Complemented by white dupioni silk side panels and back, fully lined in cotton fabric and finished with a hidden zipper at the bottom. Handmade in the USA.
Measures 17” square and fits a standard 18” square feather insert. Dry clean only. A coordinating pillow cover cut from the same textiles is also available through this listing, as well as two larger squares and two lumbars, listed separately.
