Vintage Perko Galvanized Steel USS Missouri Lantern Anchor Light Clear Lens
This Perko Galvanized Steel with copper top ring cap lantern Anchor Light 360 Degree Clear Lens Oil Lamp made in Brooklyn, N.Y. Circa 1940 and marked " Perko" was salvaged from the USS Missouri Battleship (BB-63). The perko tag no longer exists on the front of the lantern however, the lantern has the markers mark on the inside clear lens light. please see photo's.
Perko Original Ship's Large Anchor Lantern beautiful patina consistent wear for age with solid "Clear" glass fresnel lens in nice shape no cracks and or chips.
Round Ring on top is one of the Perko hallmarks.
Makers Mark on clear lens: "Perko", Perkins Marin Lamp & Hardware Corp originally located in Brooklyn NY.
This is a perfect light for your beach house and or any nautical themed room.
Perfect for your kitchen, great room, and or patio. This is a really nice, big light, and a great part of history.
