She is … Read more All -sided drum table, in solid and plated mahogany, summoned with a turquin marble of built -in colves. She is stamped "Maison Lalande Colosiez & Company Successors - 34, rue de Charenton, Paris".
The belt offers a chopped ring drawer. It is marked by small diamonds, underlined with molded baguettes, and decorated with two bronze patterns.
This table also opens with a door, in marquetry identical to that described above, with flat bed panels. The interior is fully enamelled.
The sides and the back of the furniture are made in the same spirit.
The four pilasters are rudented and garnished with bronze asparagus.
The whole rests on four massive feet, shot in sheaths, embellished with rings and rosettes, and ending with hooves.
This base presents, in the lower part, a slightly concave tablet.
This small drum table will appeal in particular for its small size and the recognized quality of the Lalande house.
