Set of 6 Cavour chairs designed by the Architetti Associati collective, composed of Vittorio Gregotti, Lodovico Meneghetti, and Giotto Stoppino, and produced by SIM (Società Italiana Mobili) between 1959 and 1960.
The structure is made of solid curved walnut wood with upholstered seat and backrest.
It is an iconic piece of Italian design, also mentioned in Giuliana Gramigna's prestigious "Repertorio del design italiano 1950-2000" (Repertory of Italian Design 1950-2000) as a significant example of domestic furniture of the period.
The overall condition is very good, but we recommend reupholstering as it is still the original covering.
