Original Painting of Bergerac Cafe in France by Contemporary British Artist, Angela Wakefield. Part of her European Series published in 2012 (No.10). The beautiful old town of Bergerac in south west France is known for its half-timbered buildings and castles in the surrounding countryside.
Art measures 24 x 36 inches

Wakefield's work is a unique blend of abstraction and realism, with a strong emphasis on colour. Her paintings are known for their bold, expressive brushstrokes and vibrant hues.
Angela Wakefield has twice been on the front cover of ‘Art of England’ and featured in ARTnews, attracting international attention and critical acclaim with her urban landscape paintings of New York, London & the North of England. The style of painting has been described as ‘Contemporary Realism’, and is often favourably compared with Edward Hopper by collectors and art critics. Angela’s work is held in private collections in Europe and the USA, including the British Royal Family. Her admirers include leading figures in international business, filmmaking and the media.
PROVENANCE: Ascot Studios Collection. Initialled on the front, signed on the rear. This original artwork includes a certificate of authenticity from the artist (or signed by the artist). The piece will be stamped from Ascot Studios on its verso.

- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).

Cancellations

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.

- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
- You will need tools and/or equipment to open the crate.

- Chairish Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.
