Catherine Bres-Rhocanges paints women with generous forms and fine ties. Of cubist influence, the bodies give an impression of solidity and fullness. The palette, with warm and bright colors (vermilion red, yellow saffron, turquoise green, and cerulean blue), highlights the flesh and feminine curves.
This painting comes with a modern wood frame with off-white matte and acrylic glass protection.

Catherine Bres-Rhocanges (1947 -)
The characters, encamped in natural settings or cozy interiors, tell a story whose humor is not absent. The anonymous faces are an invitation to enter into the intimacy of the painting and leave complete freedom to the viewer's imagination.
Catherine Bres-Rhocanges first worked on drawing and her installation in space, remodeling her sketches to satisfaction. The color intervenes only after. Her paintings are well composed, often structured around an axis (column, curtain, tree).
Blossoming, and languorous, the women of Catherine Bres-Rhocanges are an invitation to the sweetness of life, the voluptuousness.

- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller

- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
