A pair of large elegant, fine quality French demilune console tables from the early- to mid-19th century with brass ormolu in the Neoclassical style of Maison Jansen. These antique, half-moon shaped console tables have rounded aprons and long slender legs that gently taper towards brass ball feet. The mahogany’s radiant grain patina is decorated with inlaid brass banding on the surface top, brass ormolu mounts and beadwork trimming the frieze. These tables, which were sourced from a well-appointed estate in East Hampton, are perfect for a grand entry hallway, foyer or living room.
