A beautiful and fine set of sterling silver and purple eggplant enamel guilloche appetizer fork and spoon from Norwegian designer and silversmith, David Andersen, circa early-20th century, Norway. The quality of the guilloche enamel and sterling silver make this a special set, as shown. Each piece on back bears imprinted makers' mark: 'David-Andersen', 'Norway Sterling', as shown in last two images. The purple eggplant hue and sterling silver make a rich combination. A beautiful set for entertaining; Set would elevate any party table and make a truly memorable host, hostess, wedding gift, etc. Very good condition as shown in images.
