I recommend that this primarily be used for decorative purposes only. I do not know if it can be used to dispense soda water.

The Sparklets name is included on the bottle, and the words, “Made in England.” The bottle appears to be intact, as is the steel mesh covering, although there is some staining. The Sparklets Company produced its first dispenser in 1896. I don’t know the exact age of the dispenser, however it may have beefed produced in the 1920s or 1930s.
