This authentic Val-Saint-Lambert table lamp has a beautiful green-crystal colour, deeper green towards the fitting and brighter in the base. The lamp has a Val Saint-Lambert engraving on the bottom (see photo).
This biomorphic table lamp was produced to counterbalance the very popular table lamps from Murano, Italy. This way Val Saint Lambert followed the trend of the 1950s and 1960s.
Estimated period: 1950-1959 / Origin: Belgium
Material: Crystal glass
Colour: Green
The lamp is supplied without a lampshade, but looks very good in a contemporary or classic interior with a retro/vintage-look LED lamp.
Condition: minimal signs of use consistent with age and past use (see photos). The lamp is fitted with a new fitting, rewired and will be delivered fully working. You only need to turn in a light bulb and enjoy.
