The lamp is made … Read more Industrial style ceiling lamp type 5111602 made in Czechoslovakia in the 1960s for Elektrosvit Nové Zámky. The lamp is made of white glass in the form of a cylinder mounted on a cast iron base. The lampshade is fitted with a steel mesh. Efficient lamp for a single E27 bulb up to 60W. The lamp is signed with a preserved nameplate.

Original, good condition, with slight traces of use, mainly traces of corrosion on the cage protecting the lampshade.

These types of industrial cage lamps are made of cast aluminum and feature thick glass surrounded by a thick metal cage and are therefore also known as explosion proof lamps. Thanks to the sealing of the lampshade, they can also be used outdoors.
