Possibly late 19th or early 20th century. Upper storage area has one shelf (two compartments) accessible through four pegged doors (easily removable). Lower storage area has two compartments, both accessible by a series of sliding doors with fretwork design (also removable). They can be arranged to obtain the desired design combination. Both compartments have slatted bottoms. Top compartment seems ideal for placing wine bottles. Bottom compartment has slatted sides as well, ideal to store perishables that need plenty of aeration.

The piece is in good vintage condition with all hardware present and intact. Imperfections, such as nicks and dings, discoloration, and wood separation on sides and door panels are consistent with age and use.

Beautiful as is. It could benefit from a fresh coat of stain for color consistency. See less
