Vivid desert foothill landscape impasto painting by Michael Wright (American, 20th century). Inscribed "M. Wright" and dated "17" on the bottom center right. Unframed. Image, 18"H x 24"W.
A resident of Santa Cruz, California, Mike Wright is a painter of landscapes, desert scenes and architectural subjects in watercolor, acrylic, and oil. Wright earned a BA from Sacramento State University in 1983 and continued his art education at Cabrillo College.
