This vintage painting was created in approximately 1980 at the 1920's era Cornish Institute of the Arts building on Capitol Hill in Seattle, WA. The artwork has several layers of charcoal, watercolor and acrylic paint which give it a richness and depth. The paper size is 10.25" x 15", on heavy smooth watercolor paper.
