This painting is UNFRAMED 18x24 inches (46x61cm) acrylic paint on heavy 400 g/m acrylic paper.
Candy Jar Series explores my obsession with stacking color and shapes. I tend to paint with bright, saturated colors. For this particular series, I had been reminiscing about my collection of candy jars from my childhood. Bright, loose hard candies sticking on top of each other, precariously stacking yummy treat on top of yummy treat.
