This line is a commemoration, with rare curations we believe to hail from multidisciplinary Turkish designer Zeki Müren.

Hand-knotted in wool circa 1960-1970, its design explores industrial Art Deco sensibilities in a unique fashion for its period. Keen eyes will admire the sheer detail in colorway variation in the geometric pattern—a hallmark of Müren’s rare style. Though polychromatic, this piece favors green and red tones in the many vibrant hues it enjoys.

This mid-century rug further enjoys an otherwise good condition for this provenance. Keen eyes will note the pile has been lowered to preserve the construction, which lends it a distressed texture. See less
