This is a refurbished Good Form tanker chair designed by Giò Ponti. These were apparently manufactured from the 1930s thru the 1950s. Over time the cushion on these chairs will usually harden. This chair has a brand new 2” seat cushion made from CushionRite™ Premium Foam, a high-density, polyurethane seating foam and is recovered in high quality, durable Naugahyde brand Yew Green marine vinyl.
The aluminum base and seat back frame have been thoroughly polished. The seat support frame has been thoroughly cleaned but does show its age. Rolls great. I will likely take off the back frame for shipping but it slides on easily.
