This vintage 3x11 Persian kilim runner is handwoven in wool and originates circa 1950-1960.

This design favors a vibrant polychromatic colorway and sharply woven geometric patterns—especially diamond patterns in its field. Its playful sense of movement and life is exemplary of tribal kilims and their unusual old-world charm. The versatile narrow size further offers vast applications in the many spaces that welcome such a bright, lively runner.
Connoisseurs may note we believe this Kilim is of Meshkin provenance among what connoisseurs call Northwest Persian Kilims.
