Original Mathieu Matégot tray "RIGITUELLE". made in the 1950s in France. Typical mategot style with perforated sheet metal, hole pattern in square form with a nice nice of 48x27cm. The tray feature one handle on each side for carrying. This wonderful collective item, is in a nice vintage condition. The lacquer seems to be redone, as there a several visible spots where white lacquer is unprofessional painted and several lacquer loosing spots where a black paint is visible, please see images. Age related sign on the white lacquer tone, lacquer missing spots and patina. little rusty spots on the tray, please see images. Dimensions: Height 3,5 cm. Depth 27,7 cm. Length 48 cm. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
