Untitled mid-century modern Italian impressionist oil on board painting of a village or town square landscape. The painting features beautifully detailed building architecture with a bell tower and blue sky background. Signed on bottom right C. de Sepulveda and illegible title. Sight measures 24.5 wide by 19 inches high. Set in a lovely gilt wood frame with an aged patina. Provenance: From the estate of artist Ira Yeager (American 1933-2022) in Napa Valley, CA.
