Three -part furniture from the era transition, i.e. the transition period from the baroque to classicism.

The chimped-like substructure has three large drawers and a tableau excerpt above. This additional work surface also makes the piece of furniture usable as an sideboard.
The two -part essay is on it, a whole piece. Immediately above the chest of drawers there is a wide drawer and above we see a central door, flanked by a number of four small batches on each other.

The piece of furniture, typical of the baroque period, is processed in a variety of ways. The plinth is curved several times, the pilgrims are rounded. The entire furniture front has been discreetly moved in, the head of the furniture is semicircular with a hollow -grooved profile.
The fittings and the design of the marketers are already in the style of classicism. On the door and drawers we see geometric filling fields in diagonally veneered walnut wood, set off by an maple thread intarsie from the outer area that is veneered in plum. Corresponding filing work can also be seen on the pages of the piece of furniture.

Condition:
Restored condition with a shellac hand polish.
