Armchair or desk chair by ole wanscher
a beautifully crafted danish armchair by ole wanscher, made by master cabinetmaker a.j. Iversen in the 1940s. This elegant piece showcases exceptional woodworking details, with a sculptural hardwood frame that highlights wanscher’s refined sense of proportion and craftsmanship. The seat and curved backrest have been newly upholstered in premium black horsehair fabric by john boyd textiles, accentuated with brass nailhead trim. A superb example of danish mid-century design, combining comfort, durability, and timeless sophistication.
