This vintage 5x14 Persian Kilim is handwoven in wool and originates circa 1950-1960. This Kilim is believed to hail from Meshkin—a small village known for its craft among what connoisseurs call "Northwest" Persian rugs.
Further on the Design:
This tribal rug prefers geometric patterns in especially vibrant tones in a polychromatic colorway. Keen eyes will further admire its fine details and exemplary use of fuschia in many rich and bright hues. Its gallery runner size is also quite versatile, and offers vast applications in various spaces.
This rug is exemplary of rare Northwest Persian Kilims we curate, and further enjoys good condition for its origin.
