Great rustic brass plated tea kettle with a copper handle, purchased at a flea market in Belgium in the 1960s. … more Great rustic brass plated tea kettle with a copper handle, purchased at a flea market in Belgium in the 1960s. This large tea kettle is hand made and unmarked and dates to the early 20th or 19th century. The finial on the lid is a particularly charming curled strip. The handle is a hollow copper tube; it moves easily but gets a little hung up on the spout when raised. The kettle has some dents and wear, especially around the spout, and an uneven patina with some darker areas and drips from polishing and a little rust around the rim of the lid (see photos). It's a great primitive piece for display but leaks a little. less

The Chairish Buyer Guarantee ensures that you have complete peace of mind when

- Prior to shipping or local pickup, buyers may cancel an order for any reason, with the exception of some Made-to-Order items, where supplies have been purchased or work begun on the item.
- Please notify us within 24 hours of purchase if you would like to cancel an order, as prompt cancellation will reduce the likelihood that you will incur return shipping charges.
- Once shipping or pickup has been initiated, the cancellation will be considered a return and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.
