It represents a group of dark-skinned women carrying baskets with fruits. What is striking is that the landscape itself has been composed with the same fruits. It is a creative painting, full of vitality despite its tendency to monochrome. In addition, the technique is exquisite, naïve in style, as the simple forms created with fine black lines and with the toasted beige shading are predominant. In the lower right part appears the signature of the artist, Jose Diereseu, a contemporary artist from the Dominican Republic.
