Paper, watercolor, 60x45 cm Zanis Sunins (1904-1993) He graduated Latvian Art Academy by guidance of J. F. Tillbergs with diploma work „Idyll” (1931).The member of Art Academy since 1945.Solo exhibitions: Talsi, Riga (1973, 1977, 1979, 1981, 1989), Ventspils (1974, 1979), Valdemarpils (1977), Kuldiga (1980).Artist painted figurative compositions, landscapes and portraits. He worked also in monumental painting – six paintings in Valgales district (1934) and altar painting to the Talsu leprosarium church. (The Christ’s healing diseased, 1939).Awarding:The premium from Cultural foundation by painting „The little writer”, 1938). This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
