Rare model by the famous designer Josef Hurka. Manufactured by Napako in Czechoslovakia in the 1960's. Marked by the manufacturer. Very good vintage condition, new wiring. Bulb: 1 x E25-E27. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
