A square shaped, vivid painting that punctuates her rhythmic, gestural marks with varying shades of purples, pinks, blues, greens, oranges, and yellows, "A New Season" will add color and depth to any space. This sculptural, colorful painting was created using oil paint and oil pastel is inspired by the colors of spring in the lower Hudson Valley where Monica creates in her studio overlooking the Hudson River.

Monica has been featured in various publications including The Washington Post, Popular Photography, Create magazine, and the Huffington Post. In 2022 she was inducted into the National Association of Women Artists. In 2019 she was named "Best Artist" in Westchester by Westchester magazine. Her work has been shown at the American Academy of Arts and Letters in New York City, the National Arts Club in NYC, Photo LA, Art Market Hamptons, PULSE Art Fair, and the New York Mercantile Exchange, among others.
