This table appears in the 1959 catalog as T438, "available with tops in walnut or laminated plastic" for ease of use. "For beauty and softness of line, the plastic tops are banded with solid walnut." The size and height of this table makes it easy to fit in to any smaller room setting, with floating top and and tapered slender legs giving a light, uncluttered look.
