Fine Hand-woven Afghan Ghalmouri Kilim from central Afghanistan.
Typically geometric designs are used and these Kilims usually come in a variety of earthy colours which can include blue, grey, burnt orange and terracotta, amber and creams and rich browns.

This Kilim measures approx 283x209

Ghalmouri Kilims are of very fine quality and although appear similar to other Afghan Kilims, Ghalmouri's have a superior wool quality are much finer woven and hard wearing.
