His works often appear spontaneous, but betray a particular technical skill. Martini acknowledges his debt to art history and never leaves the framework of the sculptural tradition, but experiments freely within the confines of this sphere. Martini's works can be found in various institutes and museums including Museo d'Arte Moderna e Contemporanea di Trento e Rovereto; Museo del Novecento, Milan; Galleria Internazionale d'Arte Moderna Ca Pesaro, Venice; Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, Rome; Galleria Civica d'Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, Turin and MIC Faenza Museo Internazionale delle Ceramiche.
