Set of 4 "Carimate" model armchairs designed by Vico Magistretti in 1961 in Italy.
The armchairs are of beech wood with red annex painting, at the time used for toys, for the first time proposed in a furniture.
The seats are padded and removable, in green fabric. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
