Created in Sweden during the Gustavian era, this sideboard features a rectangular slightly raised top sitting above a discreet egg-and-dart carved molding. Two dovetailed drawers, fitted with brass ribbon-tied garland-themed escutcheons, sit above two doors carved with reeded panels and rosettes. These doors open to reveal inner shelves offering convenient storage opportunities. Raised on four block feet, the sideboard showcases its original soft colored paint with great distressing.
