Here is a vintage lamp in dolphin motif. Two gold tone dolphins entwined comprise a stylish base, supporting faux tapers. A center column houses wiring and supports the sturdy oval black lampshade and finial. Two sockets are vertically situated to hold two lights. The black shade has a wonderful metallic interior. The entirety is supported on a black oval vase with gold painted accents.
It may be small in stature, but it is large in style! Imagine it on a bookshelf or displayed in a chinoiserie secretary desk.
