Paneled Details with Spindle Accents, Cannonball Finials, Turned Legs on … Read more Vintage Ceerpath by Sears Maple Low Post Bed (Full XL/Queen). Paneled Details with Spindle Accents, Cannonball Finials, Turned Legs on peg feet, and metal side rails with two center braces. The bed frame is actually a Full XL size but the difference between it and a Queen is a few inches in width. The side rails are flat and can easily hold a Queen size mattress, it actually had a Queen size mattress on it so I thought it was a Queen when I purchased it. The previous owner actually even went a step further and added expanding braces on the metal rails to accommodate a Queen size and make sure the box springs and mattress could not move at all laying on the side rails. With the few inch difference it really did not look odd or out of place at all with the Queen size on it. You can see the added braces I am talking about in the pictures two of them on each metal side rail. Pictures are considered part of description so please look closely and zoom in to see the best details of condition. Bed is in excellent condition with very minor wear to wood finish on the legs and feet consistent with age and light use.
