  • "Hi Mark: A Chicago stylist who was interested in these for a magazine shoot actually purchased the small one yesterday; so unfortunately that is no longer available. Please go through the Chairish Support Team for reimbursement of the damaged item and they will refund your payment. Thank you."

    Jan. 23, 2018, 4:15 a.m.

  • "Hi Shannon- $50 for the small one is ok. But Chairish doesn't require the buyer to pay the return shipping for broken items. Let me know."

    Jan. 22, 2018, 8:18 p.m.

  • "Mark M.: I sent a reply. Contact me If you didn’t get it"

    Jan. 21, 2018, 6:36 p.m.

  • "Mark M.: didn’t see this response. Work through chairish support and pay for shipping as you would have to pay to return the damaged item anyway. $50 for the smaller...chairish will reimburse you the other $50. Otherwise return the damaged one and get full reimbursement"

  • "Hi Shannon- What is the status? Didn't hear back from you yet in response to my last comment a few days ago. Thanks"

    Jan. 21, 2018, 3:29 p.m.

  • "Thanks Shannon. I guess I would consider the small horn but it is quite a bit smaller. I would want some price reduction. Let me know what you think is fair."

    Jan. 17, 2018, 5:14 p.m.

  • "Mark M.: The total height (horn + base) is about 24” — the diameter of the horn is 10”"

    Jan. 16, 2018, 4:57 p.m.

  • "No peanuts, no packing material other than your bubble wrap. What is the size of the small one as compared to the large one I bought?"

    Jan. 14, 2018, 5:43 p.m.

  • "Mark M.: Hi Mark: ugh, i’m Sorry to hear that! I gave it to UPS for packing so I’m surprised it wasn’t done properly. I had bubble wrapped it but paid for it to be boxed and peanuts added. Two options: you can work through Chairish support to get a refund (ship the damaged piece back to me) or I can send you the last one I have. It’s smaller but probably on a sturdier base. I’m not home but if you text me, I could text you a photo tomorrow afternoon."

  • "Shannon- I just opened this up and the metal base is broken off from the horn at the metal collar. The item was well wrapped but there was no packing in the box so I assume it slid around quite a bit given the heavy base. I can send you pics. I have not removed the wrapping from the horn portion, only the base. Let me know what you want to do. I don't think it can be repaired as the material that broke which connected to the metal base is somewhat soft, cardboard-like."

  • "Hi Shannon. You were going to show a picture of all 3 as they are apparently different sizes. Never saw pic. Also shipping pretty high-anyway to do cheaper? Thanks."

    Dec. 13, 2017, 6:35 p.m.

  • "OK, thanks."

    Nov. 13, 2017, 6:09 p.m.

  • "Mark M.: Hi Mark -- Yes, they stand on their own (on the base...as seen in picture). I have 3 and could upload a pic of all three tomorrow so you could see the various sizes. Thanks for your interest!"

  • "Hi Shannon. Is the horn stable standing up by itself? How many do you have? Thanks"
