The Kilim is a variant of carpet, wool or cotton, without surface hair, woven like a wall tapestry, with the presence of the most varied figures ranging from flowers to birds, from a girl dancing to wedding rites, from everyday objects to musical instruments. The peculiarity of this fabric is expressed through the perfect balance between the genuineness and spontaneity of folk art and the refinement of the styles depicted. The Kilim Bessarabia is used not only as a floor rug but also to adorn walls, dining rooms, coffee tables and furniture for the home. Our model is characterized by a floral composition placed in two symmetrical vases, placed horizontally with respect to the rug texture.
