Art for parrot and bird lovers! “Macaw of the Wild” is a painting of a stunning scarlet macaw done in a “Modern Chinoiserie” style. The parrot’s feathers are intricately painted with hundreds of soft colorful feathers. The tiny lines that detail this scarlet macaw’s face can only truly be appreciated in person and up close! “Macaw of the Wild” has loose tropical leaves painted in gray and white on a rich chartreuse yellow colored background.
Artist Allison Cosmos also has a fondness for rare, endangered birds. This art piece is part of a 16 piece series of square parrot paintings.
