Tabletop easel composed of tree branches nailed together (ca. Mid-20th century, USA).
Wonderful American Folk Art craft in the Adirondack / Rustic style.
There is a slim branch on the back attached to a dense cylindrical log that supports the easel when in use in an upright position. It manually collapses when not in use.
Easel measures: 19.63" x L: 9" x D: 6.75"
The enamel painting (used for display purposes only and not included) measures H: 4.75" x L: 7" and is an ideal fit for this relatively small easel.
There is a gap that accommodates a smaller painting/work of art accommodating a maximum height of 7".
