This gorgeous antique has been in the same family for over 100 years. Full of romantic history, this were purchased overseas along with the dresser listed separately, while on honeymoon, shipped to Southern California and treasured for three generations. The detailed inlaid stone work depicts a story of it’s own.

The interior camphor wood is still fragrant! This pieces was not frequently or heavily used so it is very clean inside. The back and sides of the trunk are made of carved wood, so it can be openly displayed without being against or facing a wall and still have amazing detail. The sides are finely carved. Would also make a lovely coffee table with an added piece of glass on top.
The top lifts open and contains a storage space fitted with a removable lattice tray.
